Cody Wayne Stewart, (born in Lebanon, Tennessee December 14, 1991), is an American record producer and mix/master engineer. Cody is best known for his mixes across a wide horizon of musical genres.
Cody, oldest of 4 siblings comes from a humble upbringing. Music was all around growing up as his father, a musician, was specifically a guitarist. His mother, equally as talented as a singer. The main form of entertainment for Cody quickly became to make noise, whether it be on pots and pans, making drum kits out of cardboard boxes, or lugging his father’s guitars around the house.
At the age of 11, Cody began creating countless ideas for fun with a 4 track tape recorder, a Zoom distortion pedal, and an Alesis drum machine. Cody was finally introduced to the audio workstation Reaper at the age of 13, this changed everything.
By the age of 17, Cody began producing & mixing small projects for friends & his own bands. By 20 years old, Cody was asked to join the electronic metalcore band The Browning. This launched Cody further into working on music full time.
Cody went on to mix/produce for a plethora of different genres & names like Falling In Reverse, Nothing Nowhere, Rivals, Epic Games, Paledusk, Red Jumpsuit Apparatus, Impending Doom, and more.
